Just before you start the process, make sure that the print settings are correct. You have to check that the "Customize to Page" on the print table is not enabled. Choose vertical portrait orientation and normal margins in the print settings, and then print the attached file.
You can be certain that the file is printed correctly if you measure the sample with a ruler and your measurement is 4.5 cm.
